Kwang Lee

Kwang’s expertise includes strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, contingency planning, ad hoc modeling, taking companies public, SEC reporting, cost accounting, implementing financial systems, financial reporting and accounting for technical issues.

Prior to joining Ravix, Kwang served as Vice President of Finance with Galena Biopharma, Inc.; Sr. Director of Finance / Corporate Controller with Bayhill Therapeutics, Inc.; and in several other finance and accounting management positions for public and private companies in the life sciences and technology industries. He also served as an Assistant Controller with homebuilder Citation Homes after starting his career with a Fortune 500 food and manufacturing company as an analyst.

Kwang earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with an Accounting concentration from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. Kwang is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Kwang started working at the age of 14 selling the most perfectly round scoops of Baskin Robbins ice cream. He spends his free time following baseball, traveling to see the Yankees play, or acquiring items for his sports card collection.
